2024 is inbound. We have started to plan our diaries around events, Vicky likes to plan a camp out each month. This year we started with the last weekend of January in Keswick.
If you have a weekend/midweek availability we’d recommend a short Lake District jaunt.
Start your adventure exploring the picturesque Lake District. Enjoy scenic drives through winding roads, visit charming villages like Ambleside, and take in the stunning landscapes around lakes like Windermere. Camp in the heart of nature and indulge in short hikes or boat rides for a rejuvenating weekend. Medium-Length Week Trip: North Coast 500, Scotland
Embark on the North Coast 500 route in Scotland, a roughly 500-mile journey showcasing the rugged beauty of the Scottish Highlands. Drive through historic castles, along dramatic coastlines, and past serene lochs. Spend nights camping in designated spots or cozy campsites, and explore the unique culture and history along the way.
Longer, two week holiday/one to three months: Europe Overland Expedition
Begin your European overland journey from the UK and explore diverse countries over one to three months. Drive through the French Alps, the vineyards of Tuscany, the coastal roads of Croatia, and the scenic routes of the Swiss Alps. Immerse yourself in different cultures, sample local cuisines, and camp under the stars in various breathtaking locations across Europe. We would recommend a fast tag for the toll roads.
