HDJ100 EGR Valve Delete Kit – N4-Offroad Standard EGR

This kit allows you to remove the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system from your engine.

By eliminating exhaust gas recirculation into the intake, you can help maintain cleaner intake passages and reduce carbon buildup, allowing the engine to operate more efficiently.

Two EGR configurations were fitted to the Toyota HDJ100 equipped with the 1HD-FTE engine:

• EGR system without an EGR cooler
• EGR system with an EGR cooler

This kit is designed specifically for early-generation HDJ100 models that are equipped with the non-cooled EGR system.
